Book of Refugee Stories

Following on from the success of the 2006 National Refugee Week Writing and Artwork Competition, Triumphant secured funding from the Foundation for Young Australians to publish the stories, artwork and photography from this book. The purpose of the book is to provide refugees and their friends with an opportunity to share their compelling stories that express their triumphs and achievements.

Unfortunately, we have encountered many delays with the book due to volunteer changes and a change in proposed external support. This means that the book will not be completed and launched in 2007 as previously advised. Triumphant apologises to contributors for the delay and is working with new volunteers to complete this project. Please keep an eye on our website for details of when this book will be launched.
